All participants, including invited participants, are required to complete the online registration to attend the conference.

Registration fees are determined by the selected Registrant Category. Please refer to the Registration Fee before making payment.

The APATE Member registration category is available only to active APATE Individual Members and Group Member Representatives who have paid the 2026 annual membership fee. Honorary Members are welcome to attend the conference but should register under the appropriate participant category unless otherwise notified by the Secretariat.

Student Participants must upload a valid student ID card or official proof of enrollment.

New APATE Members are required to complete the membership application and pay the applicable admission fee and annual membership fee.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only, in either NTD or USD. Any bank transfer charges shall be borne by the participant.

A PDF receipt will be issued after payment verification and sent to the registered email address.

Cancellations received on or before September 22, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable bank transfer charges. No refunds will be issued after this date.
