國內會員入會程序:

填寫會員入會申請表。

依章程規定繳納入會費及當年會費。
說明：入會第1年需同時繳交入會費及會費，往後每年僅需繳交會費。 -
將申請書及匯款資訊EMAIL寄至或傳真至學會秘書處。
